Full Description

A project to survey and record archaeological features at Inverlaidnan and Sluggan (originally named Inchluin) was undertaken by NOSAS members in 2018.

Site 8 Pit. This large rectangular pit on a SW-NE alignment is recessed into a SW facing slope; it measures circa 20m x 6 to 8m, is generally 1.2m deep and has an assortment of farm and corrugated iron debris dumped within it. <1>
