Full Description
A National School is depicted on the 1st edition OS map of the 1870s at NH 67512 89742, but not on the 2nd, when Larachan School is depicted to the east. The late A Gunn told A Murray about pupils coming to the school with peats for the fire. C Taylor was told that the occupant of Torroy was the schoolteacher at the National School. <1>
