Full Description

A project to survey and record archaeological features at Inverlaidnan and Sluggan (originally named Inchluin) was undertaken by NOSAS members in 2018.

Site 58 Building. The remains of a rectangular building are on a narrow river terrace adjacent to the Grantown/Caulfield road. The building is on a NW-SE alignment and measures c.8m x 3m internally. The stone footings of the walls are grossly tumbled and up to 0.5m in height with a spread of up to 1.5m. <1>
