Full Description
A project of surveying and recording the archaeological sites within the grounds of Castle Leod was carried out by members of the North of Scotland Archaeological Society (NOSAS) in the winter of 2012-13.
Site 23. Game Larder. A small wooden building measuring 4m x 3m on a concrete platform. It has slatted walls, is 2.5m in height and has a corrugated iron roof. The windows are not glazed but are covered with mesh although one is slatted. <1>
