Full Description
A medieval copper alloy annular brooch was submitted to Treasure Trove. It had a rectangular cross section and cast decoration of three sets of three grooves at each quarter, except at the pin recess. There were also traces of shallow engraved decoration. It was allocated to Inverness Museum. <1>
The brooch is listed under Acc. No. 2016.007 in the Inverness Museun catalogue. <2>
Four figure grid reference given is marginal. A full GR for the brooch is held by Treasure Trove. GW 10/07/20
