Full Description

A building at Shurrery.

An unroofed building was identified in LiDAR data gathered by AOC Archaeology in 2011 as part of the mitigation for the visual impact on the archaeological landscape associated with the proposed Baillie Hill windfarm, Caithness. An unroofed building, oriented E/W and measuring 27m by 5m, with three visible compartments. <1>

This building is shown on the the OS 1st Edition 6" map [IS-L 18/06/2020].
