Full Description
NG32NW 9 3287 2909.
Lying in a large hollow on both sides of a tributary of the Sleadale Burn about 700m E (sic) of Dun Sleadale (NG32NW 1) and at a height of 410m OD is a stone-built circular structure measuring 4.8m in diameter over walls 0.8m wide. There is also a twin-celled structure now very degraded. A short length of earth and stone dyke runs for 7m from the circular structure towards the shieling.
