Full Description
Between May and August 2012, a survey was undertaken by the North of Scotland Archaeological Society (NoSAS) to identify, survey, and record the archaeological remains at Achadh Mor, Loch Garve.
Rogie Burn
Field system/clearance cairns. The field system comprises 16 quite distinct cairns within a radius of 40m of the hut circle. They are generally 0.5m in height and range in diameter from 3m to 5m but there is one very much larger than the others, it measures 8m x 7m x 1m height. These cairns have probably been enhanced in more recent times. <1>
