CNOC BUIDHE

Large circular structure in trees; 300m east of the An Leth-allt, a tributary of the Allt na Criche, is a prominent large mound of close-cropped grass, dotted with mature pine trees. At the northern edge of this natural mound is a low circular structure, 9m diameter, standing 0.3m high. The broad domed banks are now spread to 2m wide, mostly turf with no evidence of stone, with entrance in the southeast. This would appear to be a roundhouse, although an animal enclosure is a possibility. <2>

NGR adjusted based on 2020 vertical aerial photographs. <3>
