Full Description

A group of shieling huts along a burn to the north and northeast of Tom a' Chrochaire.

They were reported by D Lawton in 2023 as possibly being 1-person monks' cells connected to the chapel site to the southeast (see MHG4298). <1>

There are at least five oval-sub-rectangular huts visible on vertical Aerial photographs. Four are clearly stone-built while the fifth may be of turf construction as now stone is showing. <2>
