An archaeological survey was undertaken in 2003 by Dagg. C in advance of water mains renewal
The following features were noted on the 1st edition OS map: 3e. Hill Cottages: unnamed, unenclosed buildings south of the road. No associated features north of the road. <1>
NGR adjusted based on 2021 vertical aerial photographs. <2>
1st Edition OS 6" <3>
Note; the southmost building appears to have been demolished on aerial photographs. (TB 11/9/24)
