Full Description
A shieling hut on the west side of the Allt Carn an t-Sean liathanaich.
The site was recorded during a walkover survey by Highland Archaeology Services in 2007 in advance of a proposed wind farm at Tom nan Clach. It measured 2.5m x 6m, with a wall spread of 1m at 0.4m high and was sistuated on shelf beside the river. <1> <2>
A feature matching the description is visible on vertical aerial photographs taken in 2011 lying c.9m to the northeast of the grid reference in <1> and <2>. <3>
