The Ordnance Survey 1st Edition map depicts a single roofed rectangular building a short distance north of Inveran. Field survey recorded the remains of a rectangular drystone built building with a small enclosure attached to its south western end. The building is divided into two rooms measuring 10m x 5m and 8m x 5m. The walls of the building are preserved to a height of 1.6m along its northern wall and 0.4m along its southern wall. The Forestry Commission records a site immediately to the north of the farmstead, but further details are not given. <1>
