Full Description

An archaeological desk-based study and subsequent walk-over survey of an area to the west north west of Clynemilton Farm, to the north of the village of Brora in East Sutherland, was undertaken by N Lindsay in January 2012.

Site 7; Possible 4m internal diameter hut circle set on gentle, short grass-covered SE facing slope. Its 1m wide and 0.4m high short grass-covered mounded wall is discontinuous. It has a possible entrance on its east side. It is possible that the feature could be a collection of small clearance heaps.<1>

NGR adjusted based on 1999-2001 vertical aerial photographs. <2>
