Full Description
NH69NE 6 691 991.
Centred on NH 691 991, in a S-facing hillside, is a settlement of four heather-covered hut circles (A - D) accompanied by a minor field system. Internal dimensions 'A' - 'D' respectively, are 7.5m NW-SE by 5.0m, 3.5m diameter, 6.5m and 5.5m diameter; entrances when discernible are in the SE quarter. The wall of hut 'B' is obscure; in the other huts the walls are visible as rubble spreads on average 1.5m to 2.0m broad and 0.2m to 0.4m high.
The field system comprises numerous stone clearance heaps, spaced on average 10.0m to 20.0m apart, and tenuous traces of lynchets. There are no measureable plots.

Visited by OS (J M) 28 August 1980.
DBAs and walkover surveys were carried out by CFA Archaeology Ltd in November 2002 and April 2003 in advance of a proposed wind farm development at Cambusmore Estate, near Bonar Bridge, Sutherland.
Site 15: Corresponding to NMRS site NH69NW 6b, this hut circle lies 20m west of monument 14. A turf bank defined circle c.3.5m in diameter lies in thick heather cover. The walls are visible as banks c.1.5m wide and up to 0.5m high. A possible entrance lies in the southeast. <1>
