Full Description
A DBA and walkover survey of the site of the Moray Firth Hub & Caithness HVDC Connection converter station at Mybster was carried out by ORCA in 2010.
Site No. 111: A cairn is marked to the South East of Backlass hill on the 1st edition of the 6-inch map (Caithness 1877, sheet xviii) but not on the current edition of the OS 1:25000 map (2007). <1>
Note: Site not visible on aerial photographs so location based on grid coordinates. (TB 13/12/24)
