Archaeology North Ltd in 2013 undertook an archaeological walkover survey of seven areas In Strathconon along the route of the replacement of the Beauly Mossford OHL.
Site 43: Building . Rectangular building northeast of Black Dyke farm, and probably part of the former farm complex. 2 chambers, possibly sub-divisions ineast chamber. On OS 1st edition map. Photograph 123, 21.5m long
