Full Description
An archaeological desktop and walkover survey were undertaken by Historic Assynt in 2015 in an area of proposed woodland expansion in Glencanisp, Lochinver, Sutherland.
Site 8: Airigh Fraoich: FCS category C. This enclosure is on Home's survey and lies on the very edge of the proposed planting area - which may in fact bisect it. The dyke demarcates a single area with no subdivisions, cultivation strips or internal features. <1>
