Full Description
A small hut circle at Grulin Uachdrach, Eigg. It was recorded by the former RCAHMS in 2002 during a multi-year survey of the whole island.
This hut-circle is situated in heather moorland, about 1.1km SE of Grulin. Measuring 4.5m in diameter within a stone bank that stands to 0.5m, the hut-circle is probably entered from the SE. Facing stones are visible on the outer face.

The site is just about visible in vertical aerial photography taken in 2020. <2>
NOTE: This is quite small for a hut circle when compared to those recorded elsewhere across the Highlands [IS-L 25/03/2025].
