Full Description
Settlement, township and crofting township of Lindalie adjacent to the River Lochy. The placename 'Lindalie' is shown at this location by Blaeu and the Roy Military Survey map shows three clusters of buildings with cultivated fields surrounding, to the northwest and south lying to the east of the river and opposite the twonship of Moy (Maie). By the OS 1st Edition map, most of the original settlement had been removed with only a few scattered farmsteads, primarily to the north, remaining. <1> <2>
