Full Description
Remains of a probable farmstead at Invershin. The features appear as earthworks in SEPA/Scottish Gov LiDAR data immediately adjacent to the railway bwtween the A836 and A837 roads. The largest feature is a 'D'-shaped enclosure measuring c.22m x 21m. Immediately adjacent to its northwest corner is a rectangular building measuring c.9m x 4m. A second building lies c.29m to the southwest which measures c.7m x 4m. There are other earthworks to the south-southwest which may also be possible small buildings. <1>
