Full Description
A rapid walkover survey was carried out for a WGS by J Wordsworth in 2000.
A footbridge not shown on the modern OS map once formed part of a track running here linking with the recorded footbridges at NH 2911 2263 & NH 2874 2223. This footpath is shown on both of the earlier OS maps. The wooden frame of the bridges has now decayed, though the abutments survive largely intact as shown on the attached photographs. <1>
