Full Description
Small cairn of stones placed on a larger boulder. This cairn is a few metres up from the south bank of the Alit nan Corp close to the present intake. This type of cairn is a fairly common feature noted by the author in North Applecross, although its function is unclear. The location of this particular example would appear to indicate a function as boundary marker for hill grazings. <1>
