Full Description
The site of the original steading at Essich House, Essich to the southwest of Inverness. The steading is shown as complex of buildings around what appears to be a closed courtyard to the immediate west of Essich House (see MHG65739) on the OS 1st Edition 25 inch map. By the 2nd Edition the steading had been removed with a replacement complex erected to the south. <1> <2>
