Full Description

A stretch of dyke to the south of Garthbeg. It is visible on vertical aerial photographs and may have formed part of the township and/or settlement boundary of 'Garthenmor' as shown on the Roy Military Survey maps. It was not noted during a walkover survey carried out by Headland Archaeology in 2013 in advance of the proposed Correigarth Wind Farm (see EHG4401), but it is unclear whether this area was actually visited at the time. <1> <2>
