Full Description

Lying on the S-facing slope to the N of the road to Fearns, just above the culvert that allows the Allt Fearns under the road is an area of rig cultivation. In the centre of the rig is a circular depression scooped out of the hillslope. The spoil from the scoop forms a low bank around the uphill side of the depression. The whole measures some 8.8m in diameter.
