Full Description
Feature 2.2(b).1; A semi-circular stone wall is built out from the base of the low sandstone cliff, under a small natural overhang. The shelter faces north, and has dimensions 3m E-W and 1.5m N-S. The wall is 1.2-1.5m high, with an entrance at the centre. A few metres to the east of the shelter, where the section of cliff ends in a steep slope of broken rocks and grass, there is about 1m of stone chocking about 1m above the toe of the slope, presumably to stabilise the rocks at this point. <1><2>
