Full Description
A second archaeological survey of Sandwood Estate in the parish of Eddrachillis was undertaken by ACFA in 2002.
This circular feature 7m in external diameter consists of a substantial grassy bank with a small hollow containing rushes at it centre. The bank is 1.5-2m wide and stands to a maximum height of 0.5m, showing some largish stones, including an upright stone on the SW side of a probable entrance on the southeast. <1>
