Full Description
A second archaeological survey of Sandwood Estate in the parish of Eddrachillis was undertaken by ACFA in 2002.
A rectangular structure 6m by 4m constructed with large rectangular stones. The basal courses are well defined, but there is much tumble internally. Walls stand to a maximum height of 1m, at the NW end. There is no obvious entrance (comparison with Feature 12 might suggest it was towards the north end of the NE wall).<1>
NGR adjusted based on 2009 vertical aerial photographs. <2>
