Full Description
A second archaeological survey of Sandwood Estate in the parish of Eddrachillis was undertaken by ACFA in 2002.
Located on a gentle slope above Loch Aisir Mor, this feature, which is interpreted as a shieling hut, consists of an open-ended stone recangular setting 2.7 by 1.5m. (Not drawn). <1>
NGR adjusted based on 1999-2001 vertical aerial photographs. <2>
Note; A further possible shieling hut lies 30m to the east (TB 23/9/26)
