Full Description

Feature 5.9; The northeast angle of two major boundary walls above Sheigra contains a near-rectangular sheep pen 19m N-S by 5.5m at the south end broadening to 6.4m at the north end. There is an entrance 2m wide at the west end of the north wall. Alongside the pen to the east is a derelict fairly standard concrete sheep-dip with draining apron. The main section of the dip is 5.9m long with a internal width of 0.5m. The side walls of the dip are 0.25m high, and the internal depth of dip is 0.7m from the top of the wall. Entry is at the south end, and the exit at the north end opens on to a draining area 5.8m long, widening to 3.5m over most of its length. <1>
