Full Description
A kitchen-midden at Midtown, Freswick, yielded a hammer-stone of coral which was donated to NMAS by Simon Bremner.
Proc Soc Antiq Scot 1929.
ND 384 685. There is now no trace of this kitchen-midden.
C E Batey 1982.
No evidence of kitchen midden was located. Older inhabitants could not recall a midden or find in immediate area and suggested hammer-stone was possibly discovered on Freswick Links (ND36NE 4). Visited by OS (J B) 12 July 1982.
