(NH 846 457) Cairn.
Visible on OS air photographs OS 67.140: 126-7; flown 2 June 1967.
At NH 8462 4567 on the edge of a field system (NH84NW 22) is a heather-covered cairn, c. 8.5m in diameter and c. 0.8m high. It is edged by a kerb of contiguous stones most of which are fallen outwards. The centre appears to be undisturbed.
Surveyed at 1:10 000.
Visited by OS (A A) 2 April 1971.
At the centre of the cairn there is a slab measuring 0.5m by 0.3m.
