Full Description

NH84NE 18 874 460.

(NH 8730 4602) Possible fort, accompanied by what appear to be hut-circles or enclosures, mainly stretching along ridge to E.
Visible on RAF APs CPE/Scot/UK/184: 5393-4 - flown 9
October 1946 and F21/58/RAF/1116: 0125-6 - flown 8 May 1953.

There is no fort or hut-circles in the area indicated on APs but on the ridge centred at NH 874 460 are several stone clearance heaps of a type usually associated with hut-circles.
Visited by OS (N K B) 19 January 1971.

This group of small cairns is situated about 700m SW of Clunas.
RCAHMS 1978, visited April 1978.
