Carn Mor (0.E.) OS 6"map, Ross-shire, 2nd ed.,(1907)

It is uncertain if Carn Mor, Baileuachdrach, is a broch.
A Graham 1949

On top of a natural knoll is a much robbed mound of stones. It has a diameter of c.20 m and a max. height of 1.2m on the W side. Much of the stone has fallen down the W and N slopes of the knoll and the centre of the mound, slightly hollowed, is partially cleared of stones. No trace of any broch features were seen and the remaining stones seem to be smaller than the usual broch stones. It would appear that this is a much robbed cairn rather than a broch.
