Full Description
A bronze spearhead was found near Talladale, on the south side of Loch Maree, near where the present hotel stands. It is of the ordinary type, 5.25inches long, socket 1.5 inch, blade 3.75 inches long, 1.5 inch wide at widest part, which is within 1/2 an inch of the base. The socket has two rivet holes broken.
(The above description tallies very closely with the picture of a bronze spearhead found at Londubh - NG88SE 11).
