Full Description
Steatite cup ploughed up on farm of Altnamain, Edderton. Bowl measures 4" diameter and 1 7/8" deep externally. The flat rectangular handle is placed midway between lip and base. Purchased for the NMAS. Proc Soc Antiq Scot 1935
No further information was found regarding this cup. Enquiries at Aultnamain Inn and farm and Tain were unsuccessful.
