Full Description
A polished stone axe, 5.75" long, found on Moor Farm, Tain, about 1850 was presented to Inverness Museum March 1969 by Lady Maitland (Resallie, Forfar, Angus) It was formerly owned by Col. Mason Macfarlane.

This axehead is listed in the Inverness Museum catalogue under 1969.009. <1>
