Full Description
Found during field investigation at NH 5786 9659, on a westerly slope is an ill-defined hut visible as a platform, about 10.0m diameter, with traces of walling around the rim on the E, S and W. The entrance is not apparent.
There are several stone clearance heaps in the immediate vicinity of the hut; probably of contemproary cultivation plots.
Surveyed at 1:2500.
Visited by OS (ISS) 2 October 1973 and (RL) 15 October 1969.
No change to previous field report.

No change to previous report.
Visited by RCAHMS (JRS) October 1989.
The site was Scheduled in 1992 with a nearby clearance cairns (see MHG41833) a kerb cairn (see MHG12912) and burnt mound (see MHG12916).
