At NC 8983 4528 on the edge of the floodplain east of the Halladale River is an enclosure completely blanketed by turf and heather. It measures 14.5m in diameter within a turf wall spread to 2m and 0.4m high, with no stone exposed. There are indications of a groove running centrally around the top of the bank, and there are traces of an outer depression about 4.0m wide around the north arc. These features also occur in the almost identical enclosure 320m to west (See NC84NE 3 'A'). No entrance is visible, and signs of associated cultivation are absent.
Surveyed at 1:10,000. Visited by OSW (N K B) 24 June 1977.
