Full Description

NC92SE 11 9505 2031.

At NC 95052031, on a rise in undulating moorland, is a reduced and mutilated stone-walled hut-circle. It is about 10.0m internal diameter and the entrance is in the S; the wall, heather-covered, but with some bare stone in evidence, has been broken through in the N arc and elsewhere is of indeterminate dimension. To the ESE of the hut is a large clearance heap; whether it is contemporary with the hut or with adjacent run-rig cannot be ascertained. There are occasional low stony mounds in the vicinity that may be hut-circles associated field clearance.
Surveyed at 1:10 560.
