Two adjacent hut-circles or enclosures (A and B) found during field investigation on a SE-facing slope.
Visited by OS (W D J) 20 May 1960
These are two hut circles. One or two stony mounds in the vicinity show associated field clearance. The huts in the main, are heather-covered and stand to 0.5m.
'A' is 8.5m by 7.5m internally. The wall has a general spread of 2.5m expanding to 3.5m at an entrance, clubbed, from the SE on the line of the longer axis.
'B' is 9.5m diameter inside a wall spread to 2.5m. An entrance is from the SE.
