The name Carn Glas is applied to a burial cairn. It is sited on level ground and overlooks a SW-facing slope containing a settlement and field system (See NC73SE 18) It is 12.8m N-S by 13.4m and is extensively robbed, remaining more or less only in a fairly complete retaining kerb of contiguous boulder-slabs 0.4m high; the little left of body infill has been added to by later stone debris.
