Full Description
Name Book 1873; OS 6"map, Sutherland, 1st ed., (1873)
The nursery at NC 842009 was used mainly for hardwood and shrubs in
1873 (ONB 1873).
Sherds of several pots of grey-brown ware from the Hardwood Nursery, Dunrobin are in Dunrobin Museum, probably received in 1880. (Acc No. 1880.7)

The pottery was catalogued during an inventory of Dunrobin Castle Museum's collection in 2019 by ARCH. Listed under Acc. No. 1880.7 and ARC 249. It was on display in case 22, shelf D.
Several other pieces of medieval pottery were also catalogued, described only as from 'Dunrobin Nursery' which is likely be referring to this site. Listed under Acc. Nos. X114-X117.It was display in case 22 shelf D. <1>
