(NC 90302328) Hut Circle (NR)
OS 6"map, (1963)

The remains of a small hut-circle found during field investigation on a west-facing slope.
Visited by OS (W D J) 2 June 1961

The hut is 5.5m by 4.5m inside a peat-covered wall standing to 0.4m and vaguely spread to 1.5m; the entrance is from the S on the line of the longer axis. There are no signs of associated cultivation, probably destroyed or overlaid by the abandoned 18/19th century activity prevalent in the vicinity.
Visited by OS (J M) 12 January 1977.
