Some 200 yards N of three enclosures (NC91NE 30) are faint remains of a circle of ordinary type.
RCAHMS 1911.

This is a hut circle positioned on a small but prominent knoll.
Visited by OS (J L D) 9 June 1960.

The hut, now at correct plan position NC 9940 1993, remains as a levelled circular area with tenuous traces of walling. It would have been about 6m diameter internally. An entrance can no longer be ascertained. The area in vicinity is free of stone suggesting associated agriculture.
Re-surveyed at 1:10,560. Visited by OS (J M) 1 July 1976.
