Full Description
Erected 1902 to commemorate coronation of Edward VII who had been a visitor to the Glen both as Prince of Wales and King. The king was a guest of Lord Burton at Glen Quoich Lodge. Lord Burton leased Glen Quoich from Ellice. Cairn is over 6 foot high. Extensively repaired 1962. Reputedly contains metal box with memorabilia of the period (eg local newspapers and some unknown artefacts).
