A heritage impact assessment, comprising a desk based assessment, building survey and photographic survey was carried out for Culachy House, Fort Augustus, by Andrew Wright in 2006. The primary purpose of the work and resulting report was to arrive at an understanding of the significance of the house within its wider setting, by which to evaluate the proposals for change. <1>
