Description

A walkover survey was carried out by GUARD between April and September 2005 in advance of the proposed development of the Beinn Tharsuinn Wind Farm and intermittently during a watching brief on topsoil stripping for a new access track. A total of 18 features or complexes were noted including Strathrory bridge. The remainder lying within or adjacent to the site boundary. Four of these were disregarded as they were reassessed to be natural features. The remaining 14 contained one prehistoric feature and 13 medieval or more recent features. <1>
