EHG4521 - Walkover Survey - Blairour HEP Scheme, Spean Bridge
Technique(s)
Organisation
Highland Archaeology Services Ltd
Date
Sept 2012
Description
An archaeological walk-over survey was undertaken in advance of construction of a hydro-electric scheme at Blairour, Spean Bridge. No features of archaeological or cultural heritage significance are likely to be affected by this development. One rectangular enclosure of uncertain date near the proposed turbine house was noted but this should not be affected by the penstock line, which will follow the existing water main line as far as possible. <1>
